Seeking a Structural Engineer to lead and manage projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of structural analysis and design, alongside proficiency in relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative structures and infrastructure projects while ensuring durability and safety.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Manage project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, through effective communication.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of new engineering technologies and trends.
• Review design processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Oversee site safety and environmental compliance during project implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify issues and design solutions.
• Prepare proposals and budgets for engineering work.
• Assist in the bidding process and contract negotiations.
• Prepare for legislative compliance and ensure all designs adhere to statutory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural engineering projects.

• Finite Element Analysis
