Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing software installations, and assisting users with various IT-related inquiries. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to users while adhering to SLAs.
• Resolve complex technical problems that may arise.
• Assist in network troubleshooting and security measures.
• Provide project support for hardware/software upgrades.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of current technology trends to assist users.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IT strategy.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Software installation and management

Languages

• English: Fluent
