Job Description

Join our team as a Personal Loan Specialist, responsible for managing loan applications from initiation to completion. You will communicate with clients to understand their financial needs, conducting assessments and ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
• Prepare and present loan applications for approval.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Manage loan documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set for the Loans department.
• Utilize banking software systems and CRM tools to process applications and track client interactions.
• Conduct financial assessments and provide clients with tailored financial advice.
• Stay updated on industry trends and lending regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Additional qualifications in finance or business-related fields preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of credit assessment and risk management

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent
