Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support issues. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assisting users with technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve issues.
  • Keep track of IT inventory and equipment.
  • Train staff on new technologies and software.
  • Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
