Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Compliance Specialist to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing treasury operations, and supporting corporate finance initiatives. The role requires a solid understanding of compliance processes and a passion for maintaining the highest standards in financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with treasury and investment policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate compliance risks.
• Ensure accurate documentation of treasury transactions and compliance activities.
• Lead the development of compliance training materials for staff.
• Participate in special projects related to treasury and compliance initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.
• Work with auditors in assessing compliance procedures.
• Continuous improvement of compliance processes and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• CFA, CTP, or similar certification is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in treasury compliance or related field
