Job Description

Looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to spearhead our operations in Cape Town. You'll be responsible for team management, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding food quality and safety standards. Lead with creativity and passion!

Responsibilities

  • Direct restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide leadership and support to the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain restaurant standards.
  • Respond to customer feedback and make improvements as necessary.
  • Manage finances, including payroll and budgeting.
  • Plan and organize special events to promote the restaurant.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business
Experience
  • 5+ years in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume settings
