Job Description

As an Insurance Underwriter, you will assess risk for various insurance products, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to our clients' security. Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years in the insurance underwriting field with a focus on commercial underwriting

Technical Skills

• Data interpretation
• Policy drafting

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU)
• Insurance Risk Management certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
