Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner.
• Configure and maintain workstations and peripheral devices.
• Provide training and assistance to users on software and hardware.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct regular system inspections and maintenance.
• Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Technical certifications are a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant IT experience
