Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialization in Critical Care Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting, preferred in critical care

Technical Skills

• Intravenous Therapy
• Monitoring Equipment

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Empathy

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual abilities: Proficiency in Afrikaans or Xhosa is advantageous.
• Experience in Geriatric Nursing: Background in elderly patient care is a benefit.
