As a Technical Writer, you will create and manage documentation for our software products. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure that users can easily understand and use our technology.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal documentation for software development processes.
Collaborate with QA teams to understand troubleshooting procedures and document them clearly.
Keep the documentation repository organized and up to date.
Coordinate with localization teams to ensure documentation is accessible in multiple languages.
Provide support for technical queries related to documentation.
Use documentation tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar.
Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on industry best practices in technical writing.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred in a related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience in technical writing, ideally in the tech industry
