Responsibilities

• Create and present architectural designs that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project development and resolve design issues.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.
• Stay updated with industry trends, architectural innovations, and sustainable technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in architecture and design

Technical Skills

• Landscape Design
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Certified Urban Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sustainable design practices: Knowledge of eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient technologies.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations: Understanding of Zoning laws and Johannesburg's construction regulations.
