This role involves providing top-notch technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our systems run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems related to user accounts, applications, and systems.
• Maintain documentation for systems and user training materials.
• Participate in IT projects and help in the deployment of new technologies.
• Assist in setting up user accounts and ensuring proper access levels.
• Conduct regular backups and verify data integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT support role

Languages
