Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and manage project schedules and deadlines.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit for design work.
• Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design practices.
• Seek out innovative solutions to complex design challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3D Modelling Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Green Building Certification is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with urban planning: Background in urban design and planning processes.
