Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you'll play a critical role in protecting our organization's information systems from cyber threats. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive security assessments.
• Collaborate with external security partners for threat intelligence.
• Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
• Analyze security breaches to determine their root cause.
• Assist with compliance audits and regulatory requirements.
• Document security incidents and maintain an incident response log.
• Work with management to develop long-term security strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, with an emphasis on network security
