• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and laws.
• Educate patients about drug interactions and adverse effects.
• Conduct inventory management to ensure stock levels are optimal.
• Assist in health promotion and disease prevention activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy

Experience

• Registered Pharmacist with at least 2 years of experience in pharmacy practice.
