UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are searching for a UX/UI Designer to create exceptional user experiences across all platforms. Responsibilities

• Define user personas and scenarios to guide design.
• Design and iterate on wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to enhance user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure the highest quality in final products.
• Document design processes and maintain design files for future reference.
• Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design across various domains

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with motion design: Ability to create subtle animations to enhance user experience.
