• Mentor junior designers in best practices for UI design.
• Stay updated on competitor products, design trends, and usability standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with developers and product managers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Portfolio showcasing UI design work is required

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a UI/UX design role

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS

Certifications
