We are on the lookout for a Retail Manager to take charge of our Johannesburg store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales and operational targets. You'll be responsible for maximizing store performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Enhance staff capabilities through continuous training and development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in merchandising decisions and layout planning.
• Promote a team-oriented environment that encourages open communication.
• Track inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Evaluate customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Support in the execution of inventory management systems.
• Report on performance metrics and develop action plans to address areas of concern.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or equivalent
• Additional certifications in retail are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a supervisory role within retail
