Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards while promoting innovation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schematic diagrams and layouts for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Assist in the training of team members and workforce.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure high standards of quality and safety throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in related field

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
