Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Sales Manager to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong business relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead account management efforts, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Engage with clients regularly to foster loyalty and maximize retention.
  • Implement effective and sustainable sales processes.
  • Support business strategies by analyzing key account performance.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline for further business development.
  • Maintain CRM and other sales-related databases accurately.
  • Report on sales goals and achievements to the Sales Director.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in key account management
