The ideal candidate will have a strong background in experimental design and data analysis, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of research strategies and objectives.
• Analyze complex datasets and interpret results.
• Lead team meetings and present updates on research progress.
• Supervise experiments and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Stay updated with industry developments and scientific advancements.
• Assist in the preparation of research proposals and budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
• PhD preferred

• 3+ years of experience in research and development
