Responsibilities

• Develop project charters and detailed project plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects through effective scheduling.
• Establish project objectives and evaluate project outcomes.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage risk response strategies.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Foster teamwork and encourage collaboration within project teams.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Engage with the community, addressing concerns related to projects.
• Manage conflicts that arise during projects and propose solutions.
• Implement training programs for project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Certification in Agile Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction
