Registered Nurse

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health indicators.
• Administer IV therapies and wound care.
• Educate patients about medication usage and side effects.
• Liaise with families to provide updates on patients' conditions.
• Participate in team meetings to review care strategies.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Promote a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy in all patient interactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Registered Nurse Licensure
• CPR and First Aid Certification

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification: ACLS certification is a valuable asset for critical care situations.
