Textile Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Textile Machine Operator, your main task will be to operate and maintain various textile machines to produce high-quality fabrics. You will monitor production processes, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot any mechanical issues to ensure continuous production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate weaving or knitting machines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address operational issues.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure all products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any major machine faults to the Production Manager immediately.
• Assist in training new operators on machine functions and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in textiles or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment is an advantage.
