Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Grounds Caretakers to maintain our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of parks and landscaped areas.
• Assist in planting seasonal flowers and plants.
• Maintain sheets detailing maintenance schedules and plant health.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding landscaping services.
• Manage the upkeep of garden tools and report issues as needed.
• Collaborate on landscaping improvement projects.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance horticultural knowledge.
• Follow best practices in sustainable landscaping.

Requirements

Education

• Horticulture certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in groundskeeping or landscaping

Technical Skills

• Irrigation Management
• Landscape Design Principles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of pest management: Experience in identifying and managing landscape pests.
