We are on the lookout for a Production Systems Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. You will focus on optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with operations teams to enhance productivity.
• Implement advanced analytics to drive process improvements.
• Design and maintain documentation for all production systems.
• Facilitate training sessions for new technology implementation.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on production efficiency.
• Coordinate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production failures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
