Job Description

We are on the hunt for a passionate Technical Support Specialist to join our Durban team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clientele receives prompt and efficient technical assistance, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist customers in understanding product usage and features.
  • Generate reports on support activities and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data protection.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g. CompTIA A+)
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer support or help desk
