Responsibilities

• Execute penetration tests and simulate cyber-attacks to assess security defenses.
• Review and analyze security protocols and controls.
• Document test results with actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Work alongside development teams to remediate discovered vulnerabilities.
• Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices and conduct training sessions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented security measures.
• Contribute to security policies and procedures development.
• Assist in compliance audits and maintenance of security certifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in penetration testing

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques
• Understanding of network protocols and architectures
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, OWASP)

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in web application security testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies for web applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript): Ability to develop custom scripts for testing tools.
