The successful candidate will engage in the design and implementation of civil engineering projects, from conception to completion. Responsibilities

• Develop and design civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking during project execution.
• Evaluate project outcomes and prepare retrospective reports.
• Implement innovative techniques to improve project efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce compliance.
• Assist in the procurement of project materials and resources.
• Facilitate training for new employees and interns.
• Collaborate with external contractors and agencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering roles
