Job Description

The Business Service Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients, managing customer accounts, and ensuring that customer needs are met. They will work closely with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers to address queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Overseeing customer account management activities and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to bolster service delivery.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assisting in developing and updating training materials for the team.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Monitoring customer service performance metrics and reporting findings.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to team objectives.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Business or Communications)
Experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience with a focus on operational support.

Languages
