Responsibilities
Respond promptly to support tickets and inquiries.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Support network and server maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with IT security protocols.
Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
Develop troubleshooting guides for common technical issues.
Requirements
Education
National Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent
Higher qualification is preferred
