You will work closely with senior bankers to support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities

• Carry out financial analyses to support corporate finance transactions.
• Assist in crafting bespoke financial solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research findings for senior management.
• Attend client meetings and assist in relationship management efforts.
• Participate in the company's business development initiatives.
• Help develop marketing strategies that align with client acquisition targets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
