Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to drive our online sales strategy and develop innovative solutions in the e-commerce space. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of our online store, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
  • Lead the team in optimizing web design and user interface for better engagement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance product offering and service delivery.
  • Create reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends for the executive team.
  • Work with IT to ensure the e-commerce platform’s functionality and security.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in e-commerce management
