Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. The successful candidate will take responsibility for testing processes, developing test plans, and documenting bugs to enhance our product's reliability.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily scrums to discuss testing progress and challenges.
• Monitor and report on testing progress against schedules.
• Review requirements and specifications to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Lead exploratory testing sessions to discover hidden issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior QA staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Frameworks
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Quality Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with DevOps practices: Experience working within a DevOps environment will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of SDLC processes will be beneficial.
