Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff.
• Implement care protocols and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Support patient education initiatives and self-management.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Collaborate on community health initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Develop and maintain positive patient relationships.
• Actively engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
