Job Description

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design solutions.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Document design specifications and guidelines for developers.
• Mentor junior designers in best practices and design thinking.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Participate in design critiques to gather feedback and improve designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Certification in UX/UI design is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent
