Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems for our clients. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable supporting various technical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Technical assessment of user issues and the provision of solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of IT knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain relationships with service providers and vendor support.
  • Prepare reports on common support issues and resolutions.
  • Assist in testing and deploying new software applications.
  • Participate in IT projects and upgrades.
  • Work alongside the IT Manager to enhance support strategies.
  • Facilitate user training for new system implementations.
  • Ensure user data integrity and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk role
