Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing teams and client relationships. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project tasks and resource requirements and mobilise project teams.
• Create and maintain project schedules using project management tools.
• Conduct risk assessment and plan risk response strategies.
• Ensure quality of project deliverables meets organizational standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• Agile certification is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience

• Agile Project Management
• Risk Management

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
