We are on the lookout for a Social Media Manager who can drive engagement and elevate our brand in the digital space. Based in Durban, you will spearhead the development of creative social media strategies, monitor performance, and adapt tactics as necessary to ensure top-notch online presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of all social media initiatives.
• Conduct research to identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their interests.
• Initiate conversations with users and foster community building.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for improved social media management.
• Prepare reports for management on social media performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or closely related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing
