Job Description

Join our investment banking team as an Investment Banker, where you will lead critical financial projects and provide valuable insights to clients. Your role will involve conducting extensive market research, preparing financial models, and directly engaging with clients to facilitate transactions that maximize their financial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute mergers and acquisitions, as well as other major financial transactions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare detailed pitch books and reports for client meetings.
• Assist in the execution of equity and debt capital market transactions.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize transaction outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking with a focus on M&A or corporate finance
