Job Description

We are currently looking for a Clinical Research Associate who is passionate about clinical research and committed to enhancing patient welfare. The role requires overseeing trial protocols and ensuring adherence to best practices in study management. You will collaborate closely with various teams to facilitate efficient study operations and contribute to cutting-edge medical advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans for clinical trials.
  • Ensure all aspects of the trials are executed to the highest ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to adapt protocols based on operational insights.
  • Assist in the training of clinical staff on new protocols and changes in policies.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure continued site compliance.
  • Review and validate data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Support audit preparations and inspections from regulatory bodies.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in clinical trials and the research environment
