Job Description

We are looking for an Architect with a knack for innovative design and project management. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients from conception through to completion. Responsibilities

• Create innovative design solutions for a variety of building types.
• Perform detailed site analyses to inform design decisions.
• Engage in contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate the development approval process through thorough documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Actively participate in community meetings regarding future projects.
• Contribute to the firm's portfolio by showcasing key projects.
• Keep abreast of local planning and zoning laws impacting architecture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• LEED certification is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D Rendering

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Registered Architect (RA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Graphic Design: Ability to create visually appealing design presentations.
• Knowledge of Smart Building Technologies: Familiarity with incorporating technology in design for efficiency.
