Job Description

As an Underwriter, you will play a key role at Insurance Corp., evaluating client applications, and making underwriting decisions that align with our company's policies. This position requires expertise in risk assessment and the ability to provide clear recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of insurance applications for all lines of business.
• Ensure all underwriting decisions reflect accurate risk assessments.
• Engage with clients to discuss policy terms and conditions.
• Stay updated on underwriting software and analytical tools.
• Champion best practices in underwriting to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing training materials for team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in Insurance is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years' experience in the insurance sector
