We are seeking a dedicated Composition Stone Applicator who excels in applying composition stone with precision and skill. In this role, you'll work closely with our design team to bring architectural visions to life, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by assessing and rectifying any existing issues.
• Combine materials adhering strictly to environmental regulations.
• Achieve desired finishes and textures as per client specifications.
• Check the quality of materials before and after application.
• Communicate effectively with team members during each phase of application.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Train junior team members on application techniques and safety standards.
• Document work processes and outcomes for quality assurance.
• Adhere to budget constraints and project timelines.
• Ensure all work is compliant with occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Specialized training in stone masonry is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with various composition stone materials
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
