Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries regarding policy terms and underwriting processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the insurance sector.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in underwriting practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Insurance is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector with underwriting specialization

Languages

• English: Fluent
