We are on the lookout for a qualified and skilled Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Midrand. As a Chemical Engineer (Process), you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Your expertise will directly contribute to our production capabilities while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop and execute testing protocols for new chemical products.
• Work with supply chain management to optimize material usage.
• Conduct process simulations and use modeling software for designs.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Provide technical support during production outages and emergencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related
• MBA with a focus on Operations Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment preferred
