Responsibilities

• Prepare insightful analyses and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in variance analysis to assess budget performance and identify the reasons for deviations.
• Support the Finance Manager in strategic initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all reporting.
• Provide training and support to junior finance staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) strongly preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role

Certifications

• CFA Level II or III

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Fluent in Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans is a plus.
