Responsibilities

• Work closely with product teams to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Design high-quality visual elements such as icons, buttons, and layouts.
• Maintain design documentation and ensure design accessibility and ease of use.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from product and development teams.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve existing designs and user flows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• Sketch

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in HTML/CSS: Understanding of web development standards to better collaborate with developers.
• Experience with user testing tools: Familiarity with tools such as UsabilityHub or Hotjar to analyze user interaction.
