Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate project initiatives in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Drive project execution and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project standards.
• Facilitate project debriefs and performance reviews.
• Manage changes to project scope and budget effectively.
• Ensure effective communication strategies are in place.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Certification in Agile methodologies is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in diverse projects

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
