Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail efforts. You will strategize and execute plans that improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing plans.
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior to improve conversions.
  • Work with web development teams to update and enhance the online store.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Evaluate and implement new e-commerce technologies and platforms.
  • Lead the customer service team to address online shopping issues promptly.
  • Gather customer feedback to refine online offerings and strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and projections.
  • Engage in competitor analysis to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
